Nicole Kaysing- known as Coach Nicole- is a transformational leader and quthor of the award-winning Holistic Mindfulness Journal, here to ignite your energy, elevate your mindset, and help you truly live well.


She is redefining wellness education by helping individuals move beyond  information into embodiment—turning self-care, mindfulness, and  emotional awareness into daily, sustainable practice.


With a background in Health and Physical Education and experience  developing and leading holistic wellness programming in both university  and K–12 settings, Nicole brings a unique blend of academic foundation  and real-world application to every stage she steps on. Her work bridges  education, behavior change, and personal transformation, making complex  wellness concepts simple, relatable, and actionable.


Nicole speaks to educators, parents, professionals, and communities  who are navigating stress, burnout, and disconnection. Her message is  rooted in one core belief: wellness is not an extra—it is a foundational  life skill that should be accessible to everyone.
